1. Estimates and Final Quotes

Rough Free Estimations provided through this website are non-binding calculations based on customer-supplied dimensions. A precise, binding quote is only generated after we perform an accurate, professional room measurement.

2. Precise Measurement Deposit

To ensure commitment, we charge a £100 deposit for booking precise measurements and subfloor inspections. This deposit is fully offset against your final invoice once your installation order is confirmed.

3. Deliveries and Fitting

We offer next-day delivery on selected products. Fitting is carried out by vetted local specialists. We are not responsible for delays caused by subfloor problems that were not visible during the measurement inspection.

4. Cancellation & Consumer Rights

In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, customized or cut-to-measure carpets and flooring materials cannot be returned or cancelled once cut. Standard retail items may be returned subject to a restocking fee.
