"I called Dan a few days ago with a special request to remove part of the carpet in my bedroom so a wardrobe could be fitted there - turns out he does not usually do these kind of things but he agreed to help me anyway. He came to my place and together we pulled the carpet which was glued very firmly to the floor for a good 15-20 minutes. It was very hard and we were both sweating heavily. Once the carpet was removed I offered to pay him for his help but he refused to take any money from me. I was utterly shocked and amazed since he had spend almost 30 minutes at my place yet he didn't want anything for the work he had done. He was honest, very nice and friendly and I really felt like I was pulling the carpet with a friend rather than someone who wants to make a quick buck. I highly recommend him and will use him again whenever I need carpets installed or removed. Thank you Dan!"
